So it’s only been about a week and a half since the new T25 workout was released, and the T25 results from the early birds are starting to roll in. For a small test group of five clients and friends,T25 results through the first week have ranged from 3-9 pounds lost.
This is extremely impressive, especially when you consider that many of these people were already in good shape and were coming off another program. Even more impressive is the fact that they’re only working out 25 minutes per day.
